For taxes, you need to speak with your tax preparer or accountant; I did taxes briefly in the pass but now come to learn of certain tax things about doing freelancing. You need to get a 1099-Misc form. The form may be obtained by calling 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-3676). Be sure to order using the IRS form or publication number.
